Limewise is the development arm of CSQS Ltd, a Worthing-based RICS-regulated quantity surveying practice. Principal development is the primary activity; a limited fee-based advisory line is offered alongside.
Limewise is the development arm of CSQS Ltd, a Worthing-based quantity surveying practice established in 2020. CSQS is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has provided cost consultancy across residential, mixed-use and commercial projects throughout the South East. Limewise was incorporated in 2026 to deploy that expertise into directly-held residential and commercial assets, and to develop those assets to a specification standard the parent practice would itself certify.
The practice is led by Evan Windels, with chartered surveying input through CSQS Ltd. Limewise operates without external equity, on a balance-sheet model that prioritises long-life specification over leveraged returns.
Limewise operates principally as developer on its own balance sheet. A limited number of advisory engagements are accepted each year on a fee basis, where the practice's retrofit methodology is of value to third parties:
Limewise does not provide domestic energy assessment, contracting, or installation services, and does not accept referral fees from suppliers or contractors. All advisory fees are agreed in writing in advance of work commencing.
