Our rules
- We do not offer, give, solicit or accept bribes or improper payments, whether directly or through a third party.
- We do not make facilitation payments.
- Gifts and hospitality must be reasonable, proportionate, properly recorded, and never intended to influence a decision.
- We carry out proportionate due diligence on partners, agents and contractors, and require them to uphold equivalent standards.
- Anyone may report a concern in confidence to a director at [email protected]; we will not penalise anyone for raising a genuine concern.
